4. Appointments and Cancellations
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked site visit or job start date.
LJO Contracting Services Ltd reserves the right to reschedule works due to poor weather, safety concerns, or operational delays. We will always inform clients as early as possible.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
For larger projects or commercial contracts, staged or deposit payments may apply
We accept payment via bank transfer (details provided on invoice)
Late payments may incur interest or administrative charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
