9. Customer Responsibilities

• securing pets and livestock
• ensuring neighbouring access where required
• removing valuable items from the work area where appropriate

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be detailed within the quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
• late payment may result in statutory interest and recovery costs where applicable
• ownership of materials supplied remains with LJO Contracting Services Ltd until payment has been received in full.

If works are cancelled by the customer after acceptance of a quotation, we reserve the right to recover any reasonable costs already incurred, including:

• ordered materials
• equipment hire
• subcontractor costs
• administrative costs

12. Limitation of Liability

Whilst every reasonable care is taken, LJO Contracting Services Ltd shall not be liable for:

• delays caused by adverse weather
• circumstances outside our reasonable control
